Telephone Contact

Your telephone call is important to us, and we understand that you want to speak to us as quickly as possible.  If you are telephoning about a repeat prescription or information about test results, please call AFTER 11.00 am. 

 

Repeat Prescriptions

If you wish to order a repeat prescription you can use our dedicated Repeat Prescription line on 01305 217037 and leave a message.  Remember you must allow at least two working days before you need it (we need time to print the script, order the goods, dispense the order and check it).   

Non-NHS Services

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

  • non_nhs_services1Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
  • Insurance claim forms
  • Passport signing
  • Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
  • Private sick notes
  • Vaccination certificates

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.

If you make an appointment for a service which is not covered under our contract with the NHS please tell the Receptionist when you book your appointment.  Also ensure you know what the cost of this service will be BEFORE  your consultation, to avoid any misunderstandings.
