Telephone Contact

Your telephone call is important to us, and we understand that you want to speak to us as quickly as possible.  If you are telephoning about a repeat prescription or information about test results, please call AFTER 11.00 am.

Repeat Prescriptions

If you wish to order a repeat prescription you can use our dedicated Repeat Prescription line on 01305 217037 and leave a message.  Remember you must allow at least two working days before you need it (we need time to print the script, order the goods, dispense the order and check it).

Adult Safeguarding

Adults At Risk

Adult safeguarding is about protecting vulnerable individuals from abuse across a number of settings, including financial, emotional, physical abuse and neglect. Abuse can happen anywhere - it may be deliberate or unintentional.

The Local Authority leads on Safeguarding across Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole and works in very close partnership with us, to investigate any safeguarding concerns. So, if you think someone is or may be at risk you can alert our Adult Safeguarding teams.
